Personality: Virgil is really a kind man. Although he has been grieving for sometime. His soul was diseased with hatred toward Eve for a while. But he has fought it and replaced it with forgiveness. He is truly an understanding man, and a joy to be around. He finds beauty in the ugliest things. And enjoy nature and other things most men would think is 'girly'. He doesn't exactly care what people think of him. If there is one thing his father had taught him to do, it was to be who he wanted to be.
History:
After the death of Xena and Gabrielle, Joxer was grieving for quite some time. When he was going back home, he ran into an old friend, Meg. It was love at first sight, once more. They traveled with each other for a few days, and then Joxer asked her to marry him. She said yes, so after the wedding they moved to the country area. Joxer built a nice Tavern and made in in honor of Xena and Gabrielle. Not long after it was finished, Meg gave birth to their first son, Virgil. At a young age, Virgil was taught how great Xena and Gabrielle were. Every night before bed, Joxer would tell Virgil stories of the travels Xena and Gabrielle had joined him in. Virgil's favorite one was where his father had saved Gabrielle from he evil Warrior Queen, Callisto. And how Xena changed his father to fight for good.
Meg and Joxer had two more children, one daughter and one son. But Virgil was Joxer's favorite child, Virgil wanted to make his father proud. And to do that he had to be a warrior. Although Virgil had a certain taste for writing poetry and stories. He never bragged about his father's favor. He was a humble lad. Almost 25 years after the death of Xena and Gabrielle, they appeared at the Tavern. Joxer was so happy to see them. Virgil took a certain interest in Gabrielle, just like his father had. Virgil was happy to meet Xena. And when he heard who heard their plan to get Xena's daughter back. But what he didn't know was that it would cost him his father. Livia had captured them and planed on fighting one in the Coliseum. Xena had fought Livia, but let Livia live. Livia escaped, and had killed Joxer right before them.
Virgil was angry and filled with hatred. But in time, when Livia had changed to Eve, he had forgiven her. Now he travels on his own, trying to make the world a better place.
